Wicked Green Smoothie Detox – Day 3

Today is the worst you will feel, hang in there and tomorrow you should feel more energetic, sleep better, and ready to finish the first week.

Think the fountain of youth is a myth?  Nope, it’s a Wicked Green Smoothie just waiting to be discovered. You’ll find you have more energy, excess weight melts away, you sleep better, are no longer moody, lose your cravings for junk food such as cookies, cakes, candy, chips, soda and all that other processed food that is aging you and killing you as we speak.

You’ll feel better than you have in years, hell, maybe better than you’ve ever felt in your entire life, with glowing skin and a noticeably younger you.  You CAN turn back the clock from the inside out.  We have to eat anyway, and hey, wouldn’t it be fantastic not to have to spend so much money on skincare products, lasers, injectables, fillers, or surgery when you can drink your way to the youngest, healthiest, glowing you!

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Try and drink 3 cups of green tea as well. It’s good for you.

Day 3 Menu:
Breakfast
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raspberries
1 banana
2 c. ice
1/3 cucumber

Lunch
Couple of kale leaves/small handful with stems removed
1 c. 100% pear juice
2 c. ice (less if you like your smoothie more like juice, more if you like it like a shake)
1 c. grapes (I use them frozen, by the way, they are also a tasty snack to eat frozen)

Mid-afternoon snack (optional)
1 tbsp. chia seeds

Dinner
handful of kale
1 c. apple juice
1 banana
1 to 1 ½  c. frozen mixed fruit (pineapple, mango and strawberries)
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
Take a walk, or a bubble bath. Treat yourself to a non-food reward for hanging in there and get ready for Day 4.
