Here’s a super easy recipe to make your own. I used greek yogurt but you can use low-fat flavored yogurt if you prefer. This example uses blackberries but if they aren’t your favorite, substitute with your favorite fruit. This is my go-to sorbet and I make it with all fruits – pineapple, kiwi, cherry, peach, cherry, raspberry, etc.
Blackberry Blast Sorbet
1 lb pkg frozen blackberries (use fresh when they are in season if you can get them)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. greek yogurt (I like Fage brand)
Directions: mix in food processor until smooth, freeze and enjoy!
